How are you going to ship my order?
We will ship your order by UPS. If you desire a different carrier, please contact us by phone (800-255-3506)
What are my shipping charges?
Shipping Charges are displayed during our checkout procedure and depend on weight and distance charged by UPS. We also provide an option to use your own UPS Shipper Number.
When is my order shipped?
Brackett strives to have all online products in stock at all times. Most orders placed before 1:00pm CST are shipped the same day. Others are shipped the following business day. In the rare case we happen not to have your product in stock, you will be notified by phone or e-mail.
How long before my order is delivered?
Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

YES! we ship most of our products anywhere in the world.
Internet Return Policy
Brackett has a no-hassle return policy on internet sales. No purchase of parts or supplies is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. If you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 15 days of ship date, accompanied by proper documentation (packing list), for a refund of the purchase price.Shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of any damaged/missing goods will be deducted from your refund total and, in some cases; a re-stocking fee may be deducted as well. You will be contacted regarding this if it is deemed necessary.
You must notify us in advance of your return.

The item(s) you wish to return/exchange and the reason(s)
for the return/exchange.
We will contact you within 24-48 hours by phone or email and give you full instructions and the correct address for your return!

IMPORTANT: In the unlikely event of visible shipping damage, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Please open and inspect all items upon delivery as UPS offers a short time frame in which to make claims.
If goods are damaged during shipment, notify us immediately by phone (800-255-3506) to arrange for shipment of replacement merchandise. Save the damaged item(s), the box and all packing materials as you may have to allow a UPS representative access to inspect the damaged merchandise and packaging before an adjustment can be made.
Brackett warrants equipment of its own manufacture to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper use, maintenance and service for a period of three months for electronic equipment and one year for other equipment from date of shipment. The conditions of this warranty are as follows:
The warranty shall not apply to accessories, parts and equipment manufactured and supplied to Brackett by others. With respect to such products these carry a warranty equal to that extended by the original manufacturer.
Brackett's sole liability is, at its option, to repair defective parts at Brackett's plant or to supply replacement parts in accordance with the terms of this warranty.
Brackett will, within the stated warranty period, repair or replace defective parts, f.o.b. its plant, shipping charges prepaid, provided inspection and examination discloses to Brackett, Inc. satisfaction that (i)the reported defects are within the aforesaid warranty, (ii)the part has not been altered or repaired other than per Brackett approved procedures, (iii)the part has not been tampered with, (iv)the part has not been damaged due to misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, accident or excessive current.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE, AND ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON THE PART OF BRACKETT, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
